This year, we stepped up our support by entering two teams and becoming a Silver Sponsor of the event, held at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course.
The tournament isn’t just about a day on the greens; it’s a testament to the growing influence of women in defense and national security industries. Events like this shine a spotlight on the leadership and contributions women bring to fields that have traditionally been male-dominated. By participating in and sponsoring this event, we are proud to support the Women in Defense organization’s mission to inspire and connect the next generation of female leaders in our industry.
Golf, like any successful business, requires a unique blend of skills, strategy, and collaboration. Throughout the tournament, we saw firsthand how teamwork and sportsmanship—whether on the golf course or in the workplace—lead to success. The camaraderie and determination displayed by all teams emphasized how critical these elements are to creating strong, high-performing teams in any industry.
BMA's continued commitment to events like this reflects our belief in the power of women’s leadership and the impact of teamwork in achieving great results. As we look ahead, we remain dedicated to supporting initiatives that empower women, foster collaboration, and build stronger, more resilient teams. We’re excited to continue this journey, both in our community and within our industry.
