Fort Bliss, TX SBS Task Order

The BMA Team on the Fort Bliss TX SBS Task Order has received special recognition for exceptional customer service at the Fort Bliss Soldier Readiness Processing Center (SRPC).


The Fort Bliss DPTMS Mobilization Division and the Prime Contractor, Tatitlek Training Services Inc (TTSI), are celebrating the fact that the BMA team has received over 500 positive evaluations in the Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) system in the 5 months since BMA took over. The BMA Team, led by our site Lead, Mr. Art Guerrero, has been recognized for an environment of competence and outstanding customer service. Thanks again to Art, and our entire team of professionals at the Fort Bliss SRPC.
