It is with mixed feelings to announce the retirement of John Richerson, Doctrinal Training Team Intelligence War-Fighting Function Subject Matter Expert. John’s last day with BMA will be 15 April 2022.

John has been an integral part of BMA and the Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) since 2015. His contributions will always be valued and remembered. His hard work, commitment, and dedication to the Program, and the Soldiers he supported are worthy of admiration. John will be greatly missed and filling his shoes will be an almost impossible task.

We recognize this was a big decision for John but understand now is the perfect moment for reflection and relaxation, as well as spending more quality time with your loved ones. We wish you luck with future endeavors that await you in this next chapter of life.

On behalf of BMA, your teammates on Doctrinal Training Team 1-3, everyone in the Mission Command Training Support Program, and all the Soldiers you supported, we thank you for your many years of exemplary support.
